- Cardholders will be redirected to Official London Theatre's website to make payment and finalise their booking. A copy of SOLT's Privacy Policy can be found here
- If you, or someone you know, has access needs, you can contact Official London Theatre before the on-sale dates outlining your access requirements. The Access Priority Request Form for Mastercard cardholders will be available here between 12pm on Friday 14 November until 6pm on Sunday 16 November. The venue will then contact you to discuss your access needs and to book your tickets
- During the promotion, it is advised to contact the theatres directly as they know the venues best and can advise on seats that would best suit your needs. A list of contact details will be available here from 10am on Tuesday 18 November
