(1) Grand Prize Package/Estimated Odds: Package includes (3) components: (1) Trip & personal consultation with Julian Schnabel (“Artist”); (1) Commissioned original piece of Artist’s work (“Portrait”); & Prize funds. Trip: 4-day/3-night trip for winner & (1) guest to New York, NY on a date designated solely by Sponsor prior to 10/13/08 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from the major US airport nearest winner's residence, deluxe double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel, & an exclusive meeting for approximately (30) minutes with renowned Artist, Julian Schnabel, at his NY studio to discuss commissioned Portrait described below (“consultation”) (Trip Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$5,000). New York: 3-day/2-night trip for winner & (3) guests to New York, NY on dates designated solely by Sponsor including the opportunity for winner & guests to have their first exclusive culinary experience dining at Bouley coordinated by, & including a meet-&-greet with, Chef Bouley. 2nd Chance Drawing: If Prize is not redeemed as specified above, it will be awarded in a random 2nd Chance Drawing (subject to the receipt of 2nd Chance entries). Drawing (if necessary) will be conducted on or about 5/30/08 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T. To enter 2nd Chance Drawing, hand print your name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, & the words "MasterCard Priceless Search Instant Win Promotion with Chef Bouley" on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper & mail it in a sealed, stamped & hand printed #10 envelope to: Priceless Search Chef Bouley 2nd Chance, P.O.
