Since the age of 6, I have had a love for baking that was first inspired by my mother. Now, 22 years later, I am running my own specialty cake business with my mom’s ongoing support and guidance. After graduating from Boston College, I began my advertising career in 2001. My love for the kitchen continued, and I often treated my colleagues to freshly baked cookies, brownies, and cakes. I even joked that one day I would own my own cookie shop. In August 2004, I began selling pastries to a local gourmet shop. Soon after, I decided to leave my job in pursuit of my dream. In 2005, I officially founded my business, working out of a restaurant kitchen. Less than 2 years later, my success has led to the opening of my very own specialty cake boutique in Denville, NJ. Life is sweet!
