All Commercial Air Benefits:  World Elite commercial air benefits must be reserved and ticketed through Virtuoso or a Virtuoso travel advisor, and full payment must be made with a valid World Elite MasterCard. One of the travelers must be the holder of a valid World Elite MasterCard issued in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. All travel must commence by 12/31/10. Tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable. All travel must originate in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Benefit is valid for one-way or roundtrip travel provided travel originates in a qualifying U.S., Mexican, Puerto Rican or U.S. Virgin Islands gateway. Any deviations or changes in routing by personal choice of the cardholder after ticketing will be at the cardholder’s expense. Non-participating carriers must be ticketed and priced separately. Advance reservations must be ticketed 30 days prior to departure or within 72 hours of booking (whichever comes first) to avoid cancellation. Tickets can only be issued the same day as the departure date if World Elite Commercial Air Program inventory is available and if the applicable airline allows electronic ticketing. Otherwise, same-day reservation, ticketing and departures are not allowed. Electronic tickets will be issued for all itineraries unless paper tickets are required by the airline. If paper tickets are required by airline, an overnight or two-day delivery fee for delivery of the paper ticket to the cardholder will be the responsibility of the cardholder. If the cardholder requests a paper ticket in lieu of an electronic ticket, cardholder will be responsible for airline paper ticket fee and also for overnight or two-day delivery fee for delivery of the paper ticket to the cardholder. Cardholder is also responsible for a $35 USD per airline ticket transaction fee on all tickets purchased through Virtuoso or a Virtuoso travel advisor; the fee is not limited to World Elite Commercial Air Program tickets. A maximum of two $35 USD ticketing fees per passenger name record will be assessed. Multiple World Elite travel benefits provided by Virtuoso may be booked, but such benefits may not be combinable with a travel supplier’s other offers. Benefits may generally be redeemed multiple times, subject to specific travel supplier limitations, and are valid on new bookings only. Airlines reserve the right to change or modify program. Program is subject to change or cancellation without notice. No blackout dates apply. All travel must be completed on flights operated by the participating carrier, unless otherwise noted. World Elite Commercial Air Program seat allocations and destinations may be limited on specific airlines and departures and are subject to availability. Two-For-One Commercial Air Program: Purchase a qualifying non-restricted full-fare Business Class ticket (certain reduced fare Business Class tickets apply for companion ticket benefit on Qantas and Air Pacific) on select airlines from select cities with your World Elite MasterCard and your companion flies with the compliments of World Elite MasterCard, within the same class of service. Companion tickets are subject to all government fees, taxes and surcharges. One complimentary companion ticket allowed per World Elite cardholder traveling. Companion must have the same flight itinerary as the cardholder at all times. Refund of the full-fare passenger ticket will void the companion ticket. Complimentary companion tickets have no refund value. Full-fare-paying passenger will earn frequent flyer miles based on class of service paid, but the complimentary companion will not (except on Icelandair where both passengers earn frequent flyer credit). Air Tahiti Nui allows the purchase of a qualifying non-restricted full-fare First Class ticket originating in Los Angeles to Papeete and beyond to Auckland or a qualifying full-fare ticket for travel originating in Los Angeles to Paris in either Business Class or First Class.  U.S. Airways provides for origination in Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands via its U.S. gateways to select European destinations.  Iberia San Juan gateway is excluded from this program.

Commercial Air Upgrade Program: Purchase a qualifying, non-restricted full-fare Economy Class ticket on select airlines from select cities and upgrade to Business Class at time of reservation, subject to inventory availability. Purchase a non-restricted, full-fare Business Class ticket from the U.S. to Australia on Qantas and upgrade to First Class at time of reservation, subject to inventory availability. Lufthansa provides for origination in Puerto Rico on United Airlines flights to U.S. gateways and then onward to destinations served by Lufthansa. Class of service from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. is dependent upon the cabin configuration of the United Airlines aircraft utilized for the flight to the U.S. gateway. Mexicana Airlines provides for origination in the U.S. or Mexico to all Mexicana international destinations on flights operated by Mexicana Airlines.

Private Jet Air Benefits: World Elite MasterCard cardholders save $500 USD on any private jet flight arranged by Sentient Charter when they book through Virtuoso or a Virtuoso travel advisor and pay in full for reservations, including deposit and final payment, with a valid World Elite MasterCard. One of the travelers must be the holder of a valid World Elite MasterCard issued in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sentient Charter is a program of Sentient Flight Group, LLC. Sentient Charter arranges flights on behalf of clients with FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise operational control of charter flights at all times.
