Within "Edit Your Profile" you will have the ability to edit the information you initially registered and you have the option to delete your profile altogether.
Q. Do I need to re-register for the program when my card is renewed?
A. You do not need to re-register your card for the program as long as your card number has not changed.
If your card number has changed please be sure to log back into the World MasterCard site with your username and password. When you get to the Welcome Page, click on "Edit Your Profile" in the left hand navigation and click on the link to change your card number.
Q. Will my registration ever be deleted or cancelled for whatever reason?
A. MasterCard may delete your registration for any reason at any time. Once deleted, you will no longer be provided with access to the World MasterCard site on priceless.com. You may also delete your registration yourself by logging back into the site with your username and password. When you get to the Welcome Page, simply click on the link "Edit Your Profile" and then click on the link "Delete Your Profile."
Q. Will my password ever expire?
A. No your password will not expire.
Q. I can't remember my username and/or password to log back into the site? What do I do?
A. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, click on the link "Log In" in the top left hand navigation to log in to the World MasterCard site. Within the log in page you will see the links "Forgot Your Username" and "Forgot Your Password." Simply click on the appropriate link and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your username you will need to supply your e-mail address. In addition, for your security you will be asked to confirm the answers to the security questions you selected when you initially set up your profile during registration. Upon successfully providing this information, your username will be e-mailed to you.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to supply your username and will also be asked to confirm the answers to the security questions you selected when you initially set up your profile during registration. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you and you will need to log back into the site to set up a new password.

b) World MasterCard® Site Offer Questions:
Q. How do I search for offers on the site?
A. There are several ways to search for an offer after you have registered. You'll notice three targeted offers at the bottom of your home page that you can immediately browse by clicking on "See details."
You can also click on the "Search All Offers" link in the left hand navigation which will allow you to search for all offers available to World MasterCard cardholders by keyword, category, location or any combination of the three.

Q. I saw an offer on the site a while back, but now I can't find it. What happened?
A. If you are unable to find the offer you previously saw on the World MasterCard site, it is possible that the offer is no longer available. Offers featured on the site have expiration dates. Therefore, the offer you may have seen earlier may have expired and is no longer featured on the site.
Q. I saw some offers I'm interested in, but I'm not ready to purchase right now.
A. You can bookmark/save an offer on the World MasterCard site by adding it to "Your Wishlist." To put something in "Your Wishlist," simply click on the link "Add to wishlist" that is featured within the "teaser" (i.e. name, photo, description) of the offer.
Offers input into "Your Wishlist" can be viewed at any time by clicking on the "Your Wishlist" link as you are browsing the World MasterCard site. Please note, items saved in "Your Wishlist" will disappear after you log out of the site or if you have timed out of your session on the site.
